I need a little help extracting these files; I have 22 segments of 208.7 MB ea. with file extension ".z01" - ".z22" and 1 segment of 37.1 MB with extension ".zip"

I'm on an Intel iMac/Mac OS Snow Leopard but have WinXP at hand as well.

Any software/technique suggestions gratefully received.

select the .zip file and select the extract here function
